2. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between the provider and its customers via the online shop kristalldiamond.de. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized, unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity.
3. Completion of a contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking on the "Buy now" button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when the provider accepts the customer's order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail.
4. Prices and terms of payment
- Prices: All prices are final prices in Euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are charged additionally and displayed in the order overview.
5. Delivery and shipping
- Delivery area: Shipping takes place within the European Union as well as to selected international countries.
6. Right of withdrawal and return
Cancellation policy
Consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

The sample withdrawal form provided on the website can be used, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of revocation
If the customer withdraws from the contract, the provider shall reimburse all payments received, including the costs of delivery (excluding additional costs resulting from the fact that the customer has chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we received the notification of the revocation. The repayment will be made using the same means of payment that the customer used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for individually manufactured products (e.g. Personalized jewelry with engravings or custom-made products) that have been made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
Return Policy
1. Condition of returned goods: Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. The return is at the expense of the customer, provided that the goods correspond to those ordered and have no defects.
2. Depreciation: If the returned goods show signs of use, damage (e.g. Scratches, deformations) or missing components (e.g. Original packaging, certificates of authenticity, stones), the provider reserves the right to claim a corresponding reduction in value. The evaluation is individual.
3. Disputes: In the event of disagreement about the condition of the returned goods, an independent expert may be called in. The costs for this are divided according to the result.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged a fee for this repayment.

Return of goods
The return of the goods is at your expense, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods or are defective. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please return the goods unused and in the original packaging to the above address.
7. Warranty and liability
- Warranty: The statutory warranty rights apply.
8. Data protection
The provider processes personal data of the customer only within the framework of the legal provisions. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
9. Final provisions
- Applicable law: The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
10. Return of certified loose diamonds:
We do not accept returns of loose diamonds that have been individually selected and issued with a certificate (e.g. IGI).
These diamonds are considered individually manufactured or customer-specifically selected goods and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 No. 1 BGB.
